Appli­ca­tion process 

If you have con­vinced us dur­ing the first inter­view or apti­tude test, you will receive an invi­ta­tion to the sec­ond inter­view. Dur­ing a guid­ed tour of our com­pa­ny you will get to know your future work­ing envi­ron­ment and some of your future col­leagues. The sec­ond inter­view is sim­i­lar in con­tent to the first inter­view, but in a larg­er group. In the case of our indus­tri­al clerks, for exam­ple, the man­age­ment board is also present in addi­tion to the train­ing manager.
