Nature conservation

Jaeger Mare Solutions GmbH supports the work of the WWF with regular donations. The money flows to climate and seawater protection. For us, nature conservation is an affair of the heart, which is why we develop resource and environment friendly solutions for the maritime domain.

Noise mitigation CBC
Our conducted bubble curtain (CBC) ensures less noise in the direct vicinity of the ramming point. The CBC by Jaeger Mare Solutions is a flexible sound insulation which is directly attached to the pile rammed into the seabed and which creates a dense net of air bubbles.
Noise mitigation BBC
The big bubble curtain contributes to sound insulation while ramming heavy offshore foundations. The perforated hoses are pressurised with compressed air creating a bubble curtain from the floor to the surface of the water which creates a ring-shaped protective wall around the noisy construction site.
Scour protection

Constructions in the sea face the challenge of the ocean current carrying away the seabed around the foundation. Jaeger Mare Solutions provide sacks and nets specially developed from basalt which protect against scouring. This provides an individual, environmentally friendly, and flexible solution, being able to fill it on site.

Scour protection

Jaeger basalt bags are custom made according to customer request and are ideal for ballasting submarine cables or creating structures at junctions. Our basalt fabric is a specially prepared natural product which does not rot, and which is resistant to temperatures from ‑260°C to 800°C.

Corrosion protection

Our Jaeger protectors are a UV and sea water resistant protection against corrosion for the heavily stressed domain of offshore wind turbines. Due to the rough surface of the protectors we achieved safer climbing for the technicians and a longer period for loading.

Welcome to the Jaeger Maritime Solutions GmbH!

The Jaeger Maritime Solutions GmbH is your competent partner when scour protection, corrosion protection, and sound insulation are concerned. Beside the finished part you will also receive a complete service – from the idea to the application of the product.

Our focus is on offshore wind energies, maritime economy, and environmental and marine technology.

We provide you with innovative, resource friendly, and environmentally compatible solutions for the maritime domain.

Whether machine and plant construction or agricultural technology, whether gas extraction or waste water treatment, whether in Germany or the US – the Jaeger Group is your contact.

With over 900 employees active worldwide and more than 10 specialised companies, together, we will find a solution.

Our thinking overarches company and thus we provide competition advantages for our customers. We work together, confident in our experienced and audited partners.

Founded in October of 1942 by Arnold Jäger sen., the later “Jäger rubbers” became a leading company in Hanover and a renown address for rubber wares across borders.

Today, the Jäger Group is successfully managed in third generation by the Jäger family.

The Jaeger Maritime Solutions GmbH a member of the JÄGER Group since december 2018.

Maintenance boats regularly sail to the offshore wind turbines out at sea. In stormy seas such a boat is moved up and down strongly by the waves and the crossing over to the plant becomes dangerous.

Our protector, which is attached to the boat landing, keeps the maintenance boat (CTV) stable in position due to its rough surface. It allows the technicians to climb over safely and quickly. Made of basalt, the Jäger protector is environmentally friendly and protects the steel structures of offshore wind turbines from both corrosion and mechanical stress.
