Arnold Jäger Holding GmbH is the management company of the globally active JÄGER Group. We are a fourth-generation family-owned business and are recognized as a qualified, globally active partner in mechanical and plant engineering, environmental and agricultural technology, and oil exploration.
At Arnold Jäger Holding, we consolidate the JÄGER Group’s core functions into specialized departments.
Front Office
Our front office ensures that everything runs smoothly in-house and is therefore crucial to creating an optimal work environment. In addition to welcoming and hosting guests, the team also handles numerous administrative tasks, thereby taking the pressure off our employees. Their responsibilities also include managing the switchboard as well as travel planning and bookings.
Arnold`s Restaurant
At our in-house restaurant, Arnold’s, our dedicated kitchen team transforms fresh, seasonal ingredients into true culinary delights. Here, creativity meets quality to treat all JÄGER Group employees to a variety of delicious dishes. Whether traditional classics or modern creations—the team places great importance on offering something to suit every taste. The focus is not only on the flavor and variety of the dishes, but also on the sustainable preparation of the ingredients. Arnold’s thus stands for enjoyment and community—a place where our employees can recharge and feel at home.
Finance and Accounting
The Finance and Accounting team records all transactions involving our customers and suppliers in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and prepares monthly and annual financial statements.
Human Resources
Our Human Resources department recruits talent worldwide and supports our employees in integrating smoothly into our companies. As part of our employee development efforts, they oversee the ongoing professional growth of all employees through training and continuing education. In addition, they handle personnel administration and payroll, as well as coordinate training programs.
Executive Assistant
The administrative support team not only actively assists management with day-to-day operations, but also handles patent administration and ensures the smooth operation of the vehicle fleet. The department also coordinates facility management and new construction projects.
Legal Department
The Legal Department advises all business units and the Group’s executive management on relevant legal matters. These responsibilities include, in particular, contract management, compliance and risk management, the handling of legal disputes, and the implementation of digitization processes that comply with legal requirements.
Controlling
Our Controlling Team prepares budget plans, plans and monitors operational processes. It advises the operational units and analyzes and optimizes processes within our JÄGER Group. This is done using business intelligence.
IT Operations
Our IT Operations department is responsible for managing the JÄGER Group’s global IT infrastructure. Its responsibilities include system virtualization, maintenance, and backup, as well as data and network security and user support.
Digitization
In the Digitalization department, our specialists ensure the digital connectivity of all units within the JÄGER Group. The team works on specific projects in the areas of manufacturing and operations planning, as well as internal and external knowledge management. For example, they implement smart manufacturing technologies at our production facilities and facilitate digital communication within the JÄGER Group as well as with customers and suppliers—from the intranet to electronic invoice processing.
Data Protection Department
The Data Protection Department continuously ensures that current data protection requirements are implemented throughout the JÄGER Group. This applies to internal processes, policies, and documentation requirements, as well as to the protection of third-party rights. It advises management and the operational units on all matters related to data protection management.
Corporate Marketing
The department serves as our in-house creative team and is responsible for the company’s internal and external communications. In addition to electronic media such as video and photography, it also produces print materials. It ensures the companies’ visibility through social media and the JÄGER Group’s websites.
Quality Management team
In addition to occupational safety and fire protection, the Quality Management team is also dedicated to supporting the operational units within the JÄGER Group. It is responsible for the certification of our management systems and for quality, environmental, and energy management.
