Our high quality standards within the JÄGER Group are firmly anchored in the thoughts and actions of our employees. In the sense of continuous improvement, we constantly develop our quality management system further and all companies of the JÄGER Group are certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001, in order to reflect exactly this commitment to our clients and suppliers.
In order to be able to guarantee our clients the highest quality standards, a wide range of equipment is available to us in our in-house laboratories within the JÄGER Group. This service benefits you and us in the development of mixtures and products.
Rubber is a fascinating material that is constantly being researched. There are now many predictable and verifiable aspects, but it remains an interesting material. A wealth of experience is the most important thing you can acquire.
The calculations of our laboratory technicians are always based on DIN specifications or US-American ASTM standards. Above all for customers who offer their products for sale in the USA, this offers a decisive qualitative advantage.

Rubber is a versatile material — it can be used under the most diverse conditions and can come into contact with the most diverse media without any impairment of its properties. In our in-house mixing facility, each type of rubber can be adjusted with different additives and small changes can have a big impact.
The focus of our quality activities is the zero-defect strategy with preventive measures to minimize the probability of errors occurring.
Based on this philosophy, errors are to be completely avoided through appropriate organization of processes, qualification of our employees* and continuous improvement of the infrastructure. All processes in sales, product development and production must therefore be constantly checked for their potential for improvement. In addition, we focus on the training of our employees in order to focus our attention on the correct execution of our work.
