Welcome to Jaeger Polska Spółka z o.o.

At our site in Gryfino, we produce molded parts made of rubber, plastics and silicone, rubber-metal compounds and seals. Based on sketches, drawings and samples, we manufacture solutions ranging from individual parts to complete assemblies.

To ensure that we meet your customer-specific requirements, we work together to develop solutions to problems, prepare careful production planning and subject the entire manufacturing process to strict controls. This serves to ensure our high quality standards.

We are proud to be part of the globally operating JÄGER Group. With more than 1200 employees at around 20 locations, we operate in the fields of mechanical and plant engineering, environmental and agricultural technology, and petroleum exploration. Despite the large group of companies, we always act locally with a focus on our employees and the region.

Jäger and our family philosophy

Our employees are like our customers in the spotlight. The well-being of our employees in the workplace is of particular importance to us. This also applies to work and to the reconciliation of family life, leisure and work, and measures to protect and promote health. We offer flexible working hours, part-time work as well as numerous training activities. A series of events far removed from the everyday world of work completes our offer. Examples include the annual Arnold Jäger Cup football tournament or the traditional Christmas celebration in a unique atmosphere. You can become part of our team with the appropriate training and work experience.

Historical growth

Since 1994 Jäger has been present in Poland as a client. In 2015, after taking over our supplier, we launched the production of rubber, rubber and metal fittings under the Jäger Polska brand. Our dynamic growth made it necessary to build a new headquarters, which is located in Gryfino, West Pomeranian. 2018 was another breakthrough for the company as we started producing plastic elements using injection molding technology.The strategic decisions of the owners and the daily work on building the brand as a producer have resulted in a sales doubling over the last 3 years.

Cooperation with the region

We are recognized in the region not only as a trusted employer but also committed to improving living and working conditions outside our company.

We enable students from the Secondary School Complex in Gryfino to prepare for the profession, work placements in our company and exams for the position of “Machine Service Operator”.

We work closely with the Gryfiński kindergarten named Krasnala Hałabały. Many of our employees’ children have the opportunity to develop their talents and interests.
