At Jaeger Pol­s­ka we offer var­i­ous man­u­fac­tur­ing capa­bil­i­ties in rub­ber and plas­tic. We also have punch­ing machines, bowl­ing pin man­u­fac­tur­ing and sand­blast­ing equip­ment. Below you can learn more about our machinery!

Com­pres­sion- und Transfer-Molding

  • 14 frame presses

  • clamp­ing force up to 350 t

Injec­tion Molding

  • 7 injec­tion presses
  • injec­tion vol­ume up to 25 l
  • clamp­ing force up to 1,000 t

Rub­ber man­u­fac­tur­ing processes

Com­pres­sion- und Transfer-Molding

  • Appli­ca­tion: Small series, Large arti­cles, Prototypes
  • Advan­tage: Low invest­ment costs
  • Dis­ad­van­tage: Increased pro­duc­tion costs due to per­son­nel expenses

Trans­fer molding ™

  • Appli­ca­tion: Com­plex parts with tight tol­er­ances, small/medium series
  • Advan­tage: High dimen­sion­al accuracy
  • Dis­ad­van­tage: Increased mate­r­i­al waste

Injec­tion-Mold­ing (IM)

  • Appli­ca­tion: pre­ci­sion mold­ed parts with very tight tol­er­ances, large series and auto­mat­ed production.
  • Advan­tages: Short cycle times, low pro­duc­tion costs, pos­si­bil­i­ty to auto­mate the process.
  • Dis­ad­van­tage: High machine and tool costs

Pro­duc­tion of mold­ed rub­ber parts

  • cold/preheated mold­ing com­pound in the cavity
  • Mold­ing com­pound with pres­sure and heat
  • heat­ing via the mold wall (approx. 140–180 °C)
  • vul­can­iza­tion in the cavity
  • Demold­ing
  • If nec­es­sary, reheat­ing (“tem­per­ing”)

We also offer the fol­low­ing pro­duc­tion processes 

  • pro­file pro­duc­tion by extru­sion + vul­can­iza­tion (salt bath, UHF, IR)
  • hose pro­duc­tion (with and with­out insert)
  • vul­can­iza­tion in autoclave
