We precisely tailor the composition and Shore hardness of our rubber compounds to your specific requirements. This ensures that the final products remain stable even under varying temperatures or compressive elasticities, guaranteeing efficient processes in engineering, machine mechanics, and design. Thanks to our in-house development laboratories, we can specifically optimize both the material formulations and tooling for each application. The processes we use include injection molding, extrusion, and rotational molding, among others. We work with thermoforming tools and press systems.
